It's not a career,
it's a lifestyle

The difference is in our people. We did not come together through traditional methods and we don’t operate in a traditional consultancy framework. We are all masters of our domain, there are no jack of all trades - only subject matter experts.

Our structure, unique development programme and dating approach to recruitment is what sets us apart. By dating rather than interviewing, we really get to know the person - the real human! We don’t believe a boardroom and an hour's interview is the right way to select the people that we need.

Our talent collective is not just based on having the leading industry experts, they share our values, they spark with energy, they innovate naturally, drive deliberately and have a sense of fun that is infectious. Our people are excellent humans. We operate a structure and range of programmes to reward and enhance this – there is as much opportunity to grow professionally as there is to grow personally at The Terrace Initiative.

We are always looking for people to join us, so please get in touch if you have the drive and desire to be the best you can be.
