The Business problem

 

A global mining and resources company implemented a global Maintenance Centre of Excellence, centralising its global maintenance strategy, planning and improvement functions into a single co-located team. The 500+ team was comprised of existing staff at operational sites and from strategic new hires from non-mining sectors, effectively supporting the organisation's diversity strategy and hiring top-notch talent.
