Melissa Bell is a transformation leader, skilled at shaping and managing high performing organisations and teams.

For nearly a decade Melissa has executed complex organisational optimisation and restructuring programs for Tier 1 companies across Europe, the United States, Australia, and the Middle East including Deutsche Bank, Kuwait National Petroleum Company, Rio Tinto and BHP Billiton.

Melissa has the proven ability to successfully bridge various stakeholder communities to drive transformation and deliver value from process, technology, and human capital investments.

Over the last 10 years, Corrie has focused on driving business performance improvement by partnering with clients to shape and deliver transformation programs.

Corrie has been involved with all cycles of business transformation including target operating model development, process visioning, business case development, and organisational change management strategy and implementation.

Corrie focuses on implementing complex, multi-year transformation programs for a wide range of blue-chip clients such as Rio Tinto, BHP Billiton, Lion Nathan National Foods, the World Bank, and lnvestec, in South Africa, Nigeria, Namibia, Botswana, and across Australia.

Warren is an experienced business transformation leader who delivers tangible outcomes through strong influencing skills and an ability to translate strategy into action.

With a background in information systems and nearly a decade and a half of implementing technology and process change in the resources industry, Warren brings deep, practical experience to problem solving and organisational value creation. He has a strong business focus, the ability to tackle new challenges, and the vision and discipline to shape and lead large, multi-disciplinary teams. His overall delivery capability is underpinned by a positive outlook and strong personal values.

Sally is a chartered accountant with extensive international experience with the Big Four, bringing with her a wealth of consulting, tax, audit, and accounting experience.

Sally also has a particular domain expertise in government advisory having worked with the Auditor General of South Africa on, inter alia, the SA Department of Defence, the SA Department of Health, various public entities and regional- and local councils.

Dhugal is a senior leader with a passion for large scale, complex programmes of work.  With over 15 years’ experience working with global businesses, Dhugal has consistently delivered successful outcomes in unfamiliar and challenging circumstances.  His qualifications in organisational psychology and business management allow Dhugal to find the right balance between theory and practice when delivering meaningful, lasting solutions for his clients.

Dhugal has developed expertise across a number of HR disciplines, leading Transformational Change, advising on M&A activity and providing leadership and executive business partnership across Australia, New Zealand, Asia, North America, Europe and Africa.  Dhugal has a genuine, energetic approach, with a proven ability to build lasting stakeholder relationships with senior business leaders and executives.

Jay is a senior business engagement practitioner with a specialisation in technology-led transformation and change. Jay is gifted at understanding and distilling key business needs and articulating those requirements back to business stakeholders across all levels of an organisation.

Jay also has deep practical understanding of a number of technology stacks, permitting her to operate in a unique space where she is able to grasp business requirements, comprehend the implications of technology-driven business change and articulate and manage those change impacts with clients and stakeholders. With combined industry specialisations in financial services, insurance and resources Jay also brings deep domain experience to her project delivery.

Bruce is an outcomes driven business transformation professional with extensive experience in business analysis. Over the last 10 years he has helped to successfully deliver a range of complex projects for Tier 1 Clients across the Mining, Financial Services and Healthcare sectors.

He is passionate about delivering business value and ensuring projects achieve the benefits they were funded to deliver. His experience encompasses all stages of a project lifecycle including business case formulation, business and functional requirements gathering, process modelling and re-engineering, vendor evaluation and selection, organisational change management, data analysis, testing, implementation support, user training and detailed project planning and scoping.

Shane is a senior business professional with over 20 years’ experience and a proven track record of leadership and delivering large scale programs. Shane thrives in diverse and complex organisations where success is driven by his ability to collaborate, lead winning teams and develop innovative approaches to doing business. He has extensive experience across APAC, North America, Europe the Middle East and Africa.

Shane has successfully delivered large scale transformation and change-enabled transformation projects for several Tier 1 clients such as Hewlett Packard, Siltek Group and EPI-USE. He successfully led several major regional and global initiatives to bring about organisational transform.

He is a compelling leader who focuses on developing people and building winning teams that deliver results. Developing businesses, people and teams is his passion.

Johan is a gifted Organisational Development practitioner and Organisational Coach. With extensive experience in coaching, developing and delivering leadership solutions for Tier 1 companies such as Echo Entertainment and Kyocera.

Johan specialises in Change Leadership Coaching, Team Development and Soft Skills Training. As a facilitator, Johan is regularly referred by executives, managers, team leaders for his ability to help people respond positively when working with challenging people and engaging in difficult conversations.

He is regularly praised and thanked by his clients for his hands-on and practical approach towards leadership development. Johan further augments The Terrace Initiative deep capabilities in organisational development, change and business transformation.

Marilee is an experienced organisational change practitioner, skilled at managing stakeholders at all levels and shaping effective communications. For nearly a decade Marilee has implemented change programs and communication strategies across a number of industries for Tier 1 companies across Europe, the United States, and Australia.

Marilee is experienced in communications analysis and delivery and in structuring change programs to suit specific cultural and organisational contexts. She has a passion for the people side of change and enabling businesses to fundamentally transform the way they do business.

Mayur is an experienced business improvement and technology practitioner that prides himself on delivering business outcomes. He has led engagements requiring a range of diverse skills from strategy to delivery, business process design, business analysis, project management, risk and financial management.

Mayur has successfully delivered large scale technology-enabled projects for a number of Tier 1 companies in resources, telecom, media and health care across Australia and Singapore.

Mayur has a strong business focus and is ever ready to roll up his sleeves to ensure successful and high quality outcomes.

Stephan is an experienced business manager with a sound and practical approach to developing customer relationships and reaching project milestones in a short period of time.  He successfully delivered several startup initiatives in the Information Technology sector over the last 30 years, working with international vendors and suppliers across Africa, Europe and Asia.

More recently Stephan managed technology projects around the NBN fibre network, public Wi Fi, digital pedestrian monitoring and the implementation and use of IoT networks.  He has a particular interest in disruptive business technology.

Yhana is a change manager with deep business analysis expertise, who is able to work effectively with stakeholders at all organisational levels. She has exceptional attention to detail, readily tackles new challenges, and outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

Yhana has experience implementing large scale transformation programmes for Tier 1 clients including Chevron and Rio Tinto. She is able to leverage her pragmatic approach to problem solving to address complex business issues, allowing her to deliver a number of successful change and optimisation initiatives. Yhana consistently delivers results which enable clients to realise return on process, technology and human capital investments.

Scott is an experienced rail safety and risk management practitioner with strong change management and stakeholder engagement skills. He thrives on challenging environments that require a logical and systematic approach to identifying solutions that meet business objectives. He believes that establishing design parameters and highly effective collaboration strategies is the best way to achieve sustainable organisational change.

Alisa is an experienced project management practioner with a strong background in  organisational change, communications and  business advisory. She has delivered a range of complex projects across a number of industries often in rapidly changing environments.

By employing an innovative and energetic approach, Alisa has successfully handled multiple projects with competing priorities. She is an outcome-orientated high performer with a deep understanding of the machinery of complex organisations and a fast learner that is willing to take on challenges.

Brooke is a Project and Change Manager with 10 years’ experience implementing largescale initiatives for Tier 1 companies such as BHP Billiton and Rio Tinto across Australia, the United Kingdom and Europe.  Brooke has delivered projects consisting of mine infrastructure upgrades, site maintenance, information system implementations, organisational change management and Health, Safety & Environment.

Brooke’s experience in communications, stakeholder engagement, training and business analysis allows her to deliver sustainable change within an organisation. She is a natural leader, results driven and highly organised, and draws on her ability to work with people at all levels of the organisation to create dynamic change initiatives that assist the client in transforming business culture.

Elias is an experienced consultant with a background in software development and organisational capability development. He has a comprehensive understanding of technology project lifecycles, delivery methods and communication strategies. Elias has developed strong stakeholder management skills in his experience with companies such as Rio Tinto, RAC, Chevron, SuperatC.A. and CableOrient.

Elias’ professional experience is augmented by extensive formal education. He is rounding out his undergraduate degree in Systems Engineering with a Masters of Business Information Management.

Jesujoba is a self-motivated and broadly skilled professional with diverse experience in project coordination, change and stakeholder management, process improvement, strategy development and executive engagement.

Experienced in internal and external stakeholder management and liaison, Jesujoba has played a leading role in large scale high profile change initiatives.

Jesujoba has a well-developed ability to identify opportunities for continuous improvements and has the ability to build rapport and engage diverse audiences.

Pieter is a dynamic business analyst with experience in process analysis and process design. Through his background as a project engineer, Pieter has experience in organisational design, business case development and financial modelling.

While communicating effectively across all organisational levels, Pieter has demonstrated his ability to quickly grasp complex business issues through his pragmatic, analytical and level-headed approach. He has a strong business focus combined with a passion for creatively solving problems in a collaborative environment enabling clients realise sustainable organisational value.

Rachel is a consultant with a strong background in Human Resources. Her energetic approach and ability to work with stakeholders at all organisational levels proved effective in implementing programs for organisations such as BWS, Endeavour Drinks Group, Rio Tinto, and State Government. She is motivated to deliver great results by engaging with key stakeholders; understanding their needs; and delivering fit-for-purpose outcomes. Rachel is focused on delivering sustainable solutions that meet both current and future business requirements.

Simon is an analyst with a solid financial background in accounting, financial modelling, ASC legislation, ASX listing rules, joint venture and takeover analysis. His experience in finance grounds his data driven decision-making approach to technology and change.

Simon has domain experience in energy, investment banking, oil & gas and mining & resources with companies such as Hydra Energy, CBH, GCP Capital, Rio Tinto and Ocean Marine Services. He is passionate about ensuring that client investment is linked to a broader client strategy, and there is merit in the business case of a commissioned piece of work.

Esro is a talented analyst, with a background in change and data analysis. His analytical skills, coupled with his clear communication strategies have been effective in successful change implementations across Tier 1 companies including RAC Insurance, Rio Tinto, Assessment Centre Technologies, WorleyParsons and BHP Billiton.

Esro is at the forefront of developing and refining the Terrace lnitiative’s Transformational Science methodologies. Within this portfolio he has developed strong data analysis and stakeholder management skills. He’s very passionate about achieving his client’s stated objectives and will go above and beyond to ensure high quality completed deliverables.

Freddie has worked internationally for some of the most respected names in finance. Specialising in building and developing relationships, his career has seen him work in London, Los Angeles, New York and Sydney.

Although the majority of his experience covers financial management and business developments, he also has experience in financial media broadcast & PR.

Freddie has recently permanently relocated to Sydney to pursue a career within consulting which capitalises on his skill set and complements his previous roles.

Todd is a renowned expert on supply chains, logistics and procurement. He bears the honour of “Hero of the Battle” for his involvement in the liberation of Mosul and has spent the last half decade in a senior advisory role, consulting for various European governments on maritime logistics best practice.

Todd is well-versed in the pragmatic approaches pertaining to stakeholder management techniques. He displays an epic work ethic; making him a top-notch analyst. He is intimately involved with many of the complex and nuanced challenges faced in this space by some of our clients.

Martin has almost two decades’ design experience, of which 15 years as an independent architect. He also holds a degree in Industrial Sociology, and successfully delivers tailored design solutions, be they physical environments or virtual design concepts. Finding the balance between visual excitement and pragmatism is a skill he excels at.

Martin’s architectural work was featured in various publications. Being a creative mind earned him a national art award in his country of birth, South Africa. Currently, he is honing his skills in screen printing and waterless lithography.

Over the past few years, Martin demonstrated the ability to produce marketing and social media content which is both informative and visually stimulating, resulting in interactions which are well above industry standard.
